As part of the 2023 cohort of School of Commons, me and researcher Aga Guńka researched communal living space, focusing on issues of conflict resolution, shared responsibility, communal joy, and home-making. Throughout our year at SoC, we have conducted two workshops at the Zürcher Hochschule der Künste in Zurich: one closed event organized for the rest of the cohort, focused on mapping collective space, and one public event on in-progress co-living; as well as a public workshop at Framer Framed in Amsterdam, exploring collective imaginations of living together. For the SoC public teaching program, we co-organized a workshop from Pendar Nabipour, titled "How to collectively decide how to collectively decide", together with Lina Zeller, Sarah Drapeau, Engy Mohsen, Santiago Pinyol, María Angélica Madero, Sinem Görücü, and rahel stange. We have contributed to peer-led annual publication, ISSUES, which we have collectively decided to title "On Mutual Support"; as well as the end-of-year collective exhibition and public program, titled "What could possibly go right?".
